10 Years In The Classroom
I taught first grade for 10 years—and I was damn good at it. But teaching showed me what I did not want: limited growth, one-size-fits-all roles, and compensation that did not match my expertise.
I knew I was organized, great at problem-solving, and craved variety and challenge. I had to figure out where that skill set belonged.
May 2025: It all made sense
I launched Sidekick to Success and finally found what fits.
Now, I build systems, solve problems, work with amazing entrepreneurs, and get paid what I am worth. I am building this from scratch—and plot twist: I am damn good at this part too.
